Returns and Exchanges

This policy explains your rights if you change your mind about an order, need a different size, or receive an item that's defective or incorrect. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

Your right to cancel (cooling-off period)

Because orders with Curvy & Confident are placed electronically, you have the right under the ECTA to cancel an eligible purchase without giving a reason, within seven days of receiving it.

Change of mind or sizing returns

If you'd like to return an item because it doesn't fit or you've changed your mind, you're welcome to do so, subject to the following:

  • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us.
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags where applicable.

Whether we can offer an exchange depends on replacement stock being available. If an exchange isn't possible, we'll arrange an applicable refund instead.

Defective, unsafe or incorrect items

If an item is defective, unsafe, of poor quality, or not what you ordered, this is handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. You're protected for six months from delivery, and you may choose to have the item repaired, replaced, or refunded. In this case, Curvy & Confident covers the reasonable cost of returning the item to us.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be processed as soon as reasonably possible, and within the period required by law. We may ask you for proof of purchase or your order confirmation to process a return or refund.

How to start a return

Please contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, email before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return and the next steps with you. Please don't post or drop off an item without getting in touch with us first.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or attempts to override any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
